At Pathfinder Schools our governors work collaboratively with each other and with expert agencies to provide schools with the best level of support and challenge.
As part of this, our Local Academy Boards have access to training and work with our Trust and specialist providers to ensure they have the appropriate knowledge and experience to fulfil their role with confidence and success.
We have a comprehensive induction programme for all new governors and offer induction sessions with our Director of Governance and Compliance each half term, to help new governors understand their responsibilities.
Through the year we also offer other training sessions on specific areas along with signposting to other training providers.
Governors also have access to a vast array of online training via NGA, Every and the National College.
